Do I need internet to make bills?
No. Billing, printing and stock all work without internet. The cloud plans send your bills when the internet comes back.
Where is my data kept?
On your own computer, locked with a password key. With a cloud plan, a copy is also kept safely online.
What if the power goes off while saving a bill?
Nothing is half-saved. The bill is either saved fully or not at all, so your stock and accounts always match.
Computers & licence
Can I move my licence to another computer?
The offline licence is for one computer. If you need another computer, buy one more licence, or choose a cloud plan.
My computer was repaired. Now what?
Call us. After a repair or a new Windows, we will help you start Trado again.
Can I bill on more than one counter?
Yes, with a cloud plan. Every counter gets its own bill numbers, so two bills never share a number.
GST & accounts
Does Trado file my GST return?
Trado checks your bills and makes the file. You upload it on gst.gov.in yourself.
Can I keep track of udhaar?
Yes. See what each customer owes, take part payments, and send reminders on WhatsApp.
How do returns work?
Open the old bill and return the items. Trado uses the same price and GST as the original bill.
