Cancellation Policy

1. Cloud Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Trado Billing Cloud multi-counter subscription at any time directly through your customer portal under Account → Cloud Subscriptions or by emailing .

2. Effect of Subscription Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Your multi-device synchronization will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
• At expiration, your desktop counter enters a restricted local-only mode. You will still have read and export access to your existing local records.
• We retain your cloud database snapshot for a 30-day grace period to allow easy reactivation.

3. Offline Standard Licenses

Offline Standard licenses are perpetual, one-time machine purchases and are not subject to recurring billing or cancellation. Once installed on your hardware, your license never expires.
