At Trado Billing, we believe retail transaction data, supplier purchase costs, and customer contact books are proprietary business assets that must never be commercialized.
1. 100% Local Data Ownership
When you run Trado Billing Offline, your operational records exist solely within the encrypted SQLite database on your computer's local drive. We have zero visibility into your inventory margins, sales turnover, customer balances, or daily profit figures.
2. Zero Data Monetization or Third-Party Selling
We do not sell, license, or analyze customer transaction trends or sales velocity to advertising networks, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) conglomerates, or lending institutions. We earn revenue purely through upfront software licenses and multi-counter cloud subscriptions.
3. Transparent Cloud Synchronization
If you choose to enable Trado Billing Cloud for multi-device sync, data transferred to our cloud tier is strictly isolated by authenticated firm identity and authorized device registrations. It is utilized solely to keep your linked desktop terminals and mobile applications synchronized in real time.
4. Complete Portability & Disaster Recovery
You can export your inventory, customer databases, sales registers, and balance sheets to standard formats (Excel, CSV, JSON) at any time without fees or vendor locks. Automated local and Google Drive backups remain under your direct personal control.
